Made To Measure.

The next step is to carry out a full survey including the property, drainage and surrounding area such as trees and boundaries. During our measured survey, we normally need access to all rooms to get a better idea of the property’s structure.

Following on from this, we take your instructions for your proposal and prepare a draft scheme, this is a good starting point for the project to make sure it’s exactly how you want it.

Once you have had a chance to look over the drawings, we are happy to discuss them over the phone, in the office, or with another site visit – whichever is most convenient for you.

We have a partnership agreement with Portsmouth and Fareham Local Authorities – we can get our applications processed a lot quicker than most as we are one of their biggest customers.
