[ About project ]

Project Description

Our clients came to us after purchasing this 1960’s chalet bungalow which needed modernisation. The existing ground floor consisted of a kitchen/diner, living room and WC. The first floor, 3 small bedrooms and a small bathroom. The property has now been transformed, adding two dormers to the sides of the property, and two small extensions, one to the front and one to the rear. The property now boasts generous sized rooms comprising of Living room, dining room, study, WC, kitchen, and utility room. The first floor now houses two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a superb master suite including dressing room and ensuite. The property sits on a large plot with a 200ft garden, with this in mind it was important for us to try and give our clients a great view down the garden from the house. The new living room and dining room have two large sliding doors opening out onto the garden. The master suit has a large triangular window with a Juliet balcony giving fantastic views down the garden.
