We offer a free consultation to discuss all your project ideas with one of the team members.

In most cases, building regulation approval will be required. Planning may not be necessary; however, we can advise you on this. We will provide you with all the information needed regarding the local authority’s fees and timescales.

We will give you information on the Party Wall Act, if relevant to you. The Act makes provision in respect of party walls, excavation and construction works adjacent neighbouring properties. The main purpose of the Act is to avoid problems that occur during the works.

Finally, we discuss what we offer, tailored to your project and quote you for our services. We then leave you with all the information and costings for you to decide if you would like to continue. If you decide to appoint us for your project, we will arrange a further visit where a full measured survey will be carried out.

Please remember that this is a no-obligation discussion and at the very least we will leave you with plenty of information on how your proposal could be achieved going forward.

We have a partnership agreement with Portsmouth and Fareham Local Authorities – we can get our applications processed a lot quicker than most as we are one of their biggest customers.
